The Federal Audiovisual Communication Services announced a public competition for the award of licenses to provide an audiovisual communication service digital broadcast TV, to "democratize access to licenses." Tucumán is among the provinces enabled for individuals and nonprofit organizations to submit their bids to access any of the 8 licenses granted to the province.

The deadlines for submission of proposals ranging from August 22 until 29 August this year, according to the area. The Federal Audiovisual Communication Services, through Resolution 686/2011, which bears the signature of its owner, Juan Gabriel Mariotto, announced a public competition for the award of licenses to provide an audiovisual media service of digital television standard ISDB-T. As per Resolution             685/2011      , also published in the Official Gazette yesterday, approved the Bidding Terms and Conditions and Particular, to govern the open competition. The tender covers individuals or persons of ideal existence for profit, as well as nonprofit, to provide an audiovisual media service of digital television in the ISDB-T, through the incorporation of the signal with standard definition digital channel on a television, which used the National Platform for Digital Terrestrial Television Enterprise Satellite Solutions Argentina SA (ARSAT) under the terms of Decree No. 835/11. The deadlines for submission of proposals ranging from August 22 until 29 August this year, according to the area. In the city of Buenos Aires are offered to tender a total of 16 licenses, as in Santa Fe which will be split four in Rosario and another four in Sao Tome. In the province of Buenos Aires proposed another 48 between Bahía Blanca (8), Mar del Plata (8), Pinamar (8), Baradero (4), Bell (4), Cañuelas (4), Dolores (4) La Plata (4), and St. Nicholas (4). In Cordoba ordered a total of 16 licenses, half at Villa Maria and the rest in Sierra Punilla, in the city of Bariloche, Black River, the eight franchises will compete. The remaining licenses are for the capital cities of provinces, including Tucumán. always distributed and four for non-governmental and non-profit and four other companies and individuals non profit organizations for commercial purposes.
